The second quarter of 2024 saw varying performances among the top air travel apps on the Android platform in Nigeria. Here's a closer look at the weekly trends in downloads, revenue, and active users for these leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Wakanow: Flights, Hotels, Cars demonstrated a dynamic quarter in Nigeria. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting strong with approximately 13.6K downloads in the first week of April and experiencing a dip mid-quarter before rebounding to 9.8K in the final week of June. Active user numbers showed resilience, beginning at 142.7K and peaking at 152.7K by the end of the quarter.

Qatar Airways saw a steady decline in weekly downloads over the quarter, starting at 5.4K in early April and dropping to 2.9K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar downward trend, with numbers decreasing from 13.7K to 13.6K over the same period.

Ethiopian Airlines experienced a mixed quarter. Weekly downloads peaked at 2.6K in early May but fell to 1.8K by late June. Active user numbers saw a slight increase, starting at 7.9K and reaching 9.3K in mid-June before settling at 8.2K by the end of the quarter.
